Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer pays return shipping for non-defective items
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened light bulbs
- Used portable lighting items (unless defective)
All other products (ceiling fans, light fixtures, lighting controls, etc.) are eligible for return.
How to Return an Item

- Your preferred solution (refund or exchange)

- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Note: For non-defective returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear.
- Exchanges: Your replacement will ship within 1-2 business days via your original shipping method.
Special Cases
International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
