While we strive for perfection in every ceiling fan, light fixture, and bulb we ship, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Our returns policy is designed to be as clear and efficient as our LED lighting.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – as bright and untouched as when they left our warehouse – with original packaging and all accessories included.
Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened light bulbs or used portable lighting items unless they are defective. All other lighting products (ceiling fans, fixtures, controls, etc.) are eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days (as quick as our order processing), our customer service team will respond with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely (like we would) and ship to:

Note: For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear.
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will ship within 1-2 business days with the same shipping method as your original order.
Special Considerations
International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.
Damaged Items: If your lighting product arrives damaged (unlike our reputation), contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
